Chinese Ming Dynasty Period, JiaJing Iron Red double gourd porcelain bottle vase. Potted in a shape of double gourd resemblance, with two bulbous bellies conjoined together, short cylindrical neck, straight open mouth, raised on slightly short splayed foot base and slighty concave. This Vase in red and white fine color, is an excellent object with delicate Flying cranes through cumulus clouds vapors and pakua diagram. The porcelain body is exquisite and closely combined with the glaze which is as bright as glass, makes the ware very beautiful. The round cake-like bottom is well trimmed and well-made.

The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, Made In The Years of JiaJing Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
