An American Mahogany Cased Two-Day Ship's Chronometer
Hamilton Watch Co., Lancaster, PA, First Half 20th Century
the chronometer case with an outer case.
Height of outer case 9 1/4 x width 12 x depth 10 inches.

Condition

In overall good, attractive condition. Scratches and indentations on the travel case, minimal cracking on the side leather detail, all consistent with age and use. Smaller case in good condition with light scratches and small indentations, and light scratches and rubbing on the metal components, all consistent with age and use. All clasps function properly. Chronometer components in good condition with light rubbing and scratches on metal surfaces. With wind. Takes a wind and runs, unsure of accuracy of movement.
