Depicts two tall, slender woman carrying fruit baskets on their heads through building line streets. Navarro has had a rich career exibhiting his works in his Native Mexico , Panama, Los Angeles, New York, an Germany with major exhibitions at the 1963 and 1965 Paris Biennale, Expo '67 in Canada, Hemisfair '68 in Texas, Expo '70 in Japan, and the Cannes Biennial in 1989.

Signed and dated "G. Navarro '59" lower right corner, titled "Juchitecas Juchitan, Oaxaca Mex." on verso
