Description
Lot includes dinner plate, syrup pitcher, and serving dish. Dinner plate with motif of strawberries, manufactured by D.F. Haynes and Son of Baltimore, Maryland (1880 or after), associated to the Clifton Ware line. Has some minor wear with discoloration to front surface, also with two chips to bottom rim. Measures approximately 10.25" inches diameter. Syrup pitcher features a basket motif with bamboo leaves and butterflies. Has general light crazing to glaze associated with production. Also with some light abrasions and a few small hairline cracks. Measures approximately 7" inches height, 5" from edge of handle to spout, and 4.25" across at base. Small serving or hors d'oeuvres "begonia leaf" dish is textured with scalloped and raised edges. Has some surface wear and rubbing to glaze along outer edges, including a few small chips. General crazing to glaze associated with production, also with three kiln stilt marks located to center of plate. Measures approximately 8" x 6.25" inches in diameter.
