two-time President of the United States and New York State Governor, signed as Governor, a NY state document that declared 'Elkin' a 'Public Nuisance' and "shall forthwith desist from manufacturing, mixing or exposing any fertilizer composed in whole or in part of animal matter", dated July 20, 1883, with the impressed Sate of NY seal, document mounted and framed together with a lithographed photo image of the president, an engraved brass plaque, and a silk campaign ribbon bearing the images of Cleveland and Thomas Hendricks (VP), overall framed 32.5x17.5in.
