George Romney (British, 1734–1802); Old Master Drawing in dark brown Ink pen and wash on Paper of 'Senators begging Cincinnatus to become Consul'; mark in red to upper right corner recto "Joseph J Imhoff" (probably the 19 century Lincoln, Nebraska financier and hotelier - 1835-1908); matted with artist name & dates, and framed. Height of art 7 inches (17.8 cm.) X width of art 10 3/8 inches (26.3 cm.).
Condition
