Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Ge Glaze Porcelain Pomegranate Vase. This Porcelain potted in shape vessel, globular abdomen, flaring flori mouth rim, raised on small ring foot base with slight concave. The exterior decorated with hand-painting in greyish under glazed base color which contrast against the Ge design color. Distinctive GE crackled glaze also known as jinsi tiexian which translates to mean gold floss and iron thread which details the look of several lines that appear in the crackled surface. The body is exquisite and closely combined with the glaze which is as bright as glass, makes the ware very beautiful. The round cake-like bottom is well trimmed and well-made.

The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue seal script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
