MCREERY, John. A Collection of Original Etchings. London, 1816. A group of four plates depicting 17th century European women after Wenceslaus Hollar's Theatrum Mulierum (The Theater of Women), comprising:

Mulier Diepana (a Dieppean woman), 92 x 57 mm, -- Virgo Basiliensis (a virgin of Basil), 92 x 57 mm, -- Mulier Westphalica ex Archiep Monasteri (a Westphalian Woman from the monastery of the Archbishop), 92 mm x 60 mm. -- and Mulier Bernensis (a woman of Bern), 92 x 57 mm. -- Engravings on paper, all cut slightly within the margins. All matted.
