A Meissen group of two putti with a monkey and a crib, late 19th/early 20th century
After the 18th century model by J.C. Schönheit, the two putti looking at a kid goat lying in the crib, a monkey with eyeglass beside them, the oval base moulded with a classical frieze heightened in gilding, 16.8cm high, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, incised model number H.89 (some restoration)
