Description
A pair of Chinese wucai porcelain hexagonal vases dating from the 19th century. The exteriors feature eight male figures in a landscape with a pine tree. There is a 4-character mark on the bottom.
Dimensions are: 13 1/2 inches tall X 5 3/4 inches wide, 34.3 cm X 14.6 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Both stands have been drilled through the bottom and have iron pitting. Both have chips and glaze pops to the rim. One has a firing crack to the body.
Provenance: From a private Boston, Massachusetts collection.
