Mycenaean, circa 1,600-1,100 BC A gold finger ring formed as a single band with granulation in lozenge panels; a filigree wire to each rim and centrally. Gold, 8.84 grams, 19 mm overall (approximate size British M 1/2, USA 6 1/2, Europe 13.16, Japan 13") (3/4") Payn collection, acquired in the 1950's.
