Continental School (19th Century) "Floral Still Life in a Urn on a Ledge", pair of oils on canvas, both unsigned, 23" x 20". Both presented in oval polychrome and parcel-gilt frames.
Both in estate condition. On in unrestored condition with a 3" tear and a puncture to canvas and loss of paint around the tears and in other areas. The painting with birds is laid on board. It exhibits minor touch ups. Both have scattered craquelure and both are in need of cleaning.
