Pair of Louis XVI-Style Brass-Mounted Mahogany Stands
ca. 1900, probably Herts Brothers, New York, each with an onyx top with a brass gallery, over an apron with guilloche-modeled mounts, raised on fluted legs joined by a low shelf.

Condition
**Each stable and functional. The onyx top of one with a break at a corner, and the other with a series of breaks, in both cases the tops remain securely attached. Slightly misshapen galleries. Mounts with considerable embeded dried brass polish. All mounts present.
