Contains a map of the Holy Land and plans of Jerusalem and the Temple.
Very good condition. The bindings with some soiling, Some pages wtih toning.
Includes gospel harmonies, hora hebraicae, talmudica, chronology, etc.
John Lightfoot (29 March 1602 – 6 December 1675) was an English churchman, rabbinical scholar, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge and Master of St Catharine's College, Cambridge.
Lightfoot produced a chronology of Biblical history similar to those of Ussher, Scaliger, and Calmet. He was also a noted Hebraist who examined Hebrew/Jewish influence on the New Testament.
