Description
An attractive Greek black-glazed skyphos, Magnia Graecia, 4th Century BC, the deep bowl resting on a flared ring foot and with two horizontal loop handles raised at the ends. Outside the rim is an incised ovalo band bordered by incised horizontal lines. W: 5 1/8 in (13 cm). Light deposits. Ex collection of Douglas Haner acquired in the 1960's.
