Chinese Qing Dynasty QianLong Ji Blue Glazed Porcelain Plate. The plate has a broad wide central interior, thick and round mouth lip, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Warm and uniform blue glaze applied to the whole surface, only the bottom is white glazed. Blue is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. Blue stands for healing, trust and long life. Shades of blue are used to decorate homes for longevity and harmony.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double fine blue rings lines. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
