Description
LATTICINIO STRIPE FONT STAND LAMP, colorless pyriform font with six blue spiraling stripes and alternating groups of white stripes, opaque white No. 1 base, underside of base embossed "1" in one corner, brass connector, No. 1 fine line collar. Fitted with a period set-up comprising a No. 1 lip burner, thumbwheel marked "PATENT APPLIED FOR", and an opaque white lip chimney. Probably the shop of Nicholas Lutz, Boston & Sandwich Glass Co., or J. Walter & Co., Williamsburg, NY. Second half 19th century. 10 1/4" H to top of collar, 4" D base.

Condition
Excellent condition, font with some minute wear and a minute flake, font and base with glass impurities/flaws including, spot of undisolved metal, broken and open bubbles. Burner undamaged, chimney fitter with minute flakes.
