For your consideration is a phenomenal 19th Century Chinese semi-precious hardstone tree in a cloisonne pot. The yellow ground cloisonne pot depicts imperial dragons on every side - each one meticulously enameled. The large tree ascends from the pot with beautifully carved nephrite leaves - some leaves being carved to look bent and all leaves detailed with veining and stems. Each of the chrysanthemum blooms is backed with a nice metal (possibly silver) sepal that supports the bloom. From this are beautifully formed individual petals carved from Jade, agate, carnelian, amethyst and other beautiful stones. The centers of most of the flowers are accented with small pink coral bead stamen. The cloisonne pot measures 8 3/4"(w) x 6 1/2"(d) x 4 1/2"(h). The dimensions of this offering in its entirety is 20"(h) x 20"(w) x 13"(d). The hardstone tree and pot weighs 8 pounds, 15 ounces.

Item is in excellent condition with no only very minor wear and very small losses to the hardstone flowers - all of which are not distracting in the least - this offering is in fantastic condition.
