George Jones, New York, a late 19th century Vienna style hanging regulator, walnut and walnut veneer case with ogee bottom bracket and turned drop, the molded bottom also with turned drops, molded door with arched top, and carved corner ornaments, and removable crest with broken pitched pediment and turned and carved finial, roman numeral white enamel dial with blued steel moon hands and sweep seconds, weight driven brass movement with pin wheel escapement, gridiron pendulum, and brass clad weight

case with good original finish, bottom bracket turned drop an old replacement, upper left carved door ornament replaced, hanger replaced, dial with hairlines at 6 and 10:30, seconds hand replaced, movement ticks, pendulum with repair below keystone, weight with a few small dents and an untidy solder repair to hook ACCESSORIES: Pendulum, Crest, Brass Weight, Winding Crank
