Unusual and fine antique chair in the Georgian style, with extra wide seat and pierced splat back, decorated with carved and inlaid ribbon motifs. See condition below. Dimensions: H 39" x W 25" x D 29" x SH 17.5" Condition: Chair has been pieced together with more modern top rail, back legs, side seat rails, and reinforcements under seat. Splat, arms, skirt, and front legs appear to be original antiques. Chair frame with several repaired cracks and breaks, separation to joints; surface wear to wood, some losses to inlay, fading and some discoloration to cushion.
