A.D.S., 1p. 4to., Albany, August 13, 1788, an affidavit attesting in part '...[Schuyler] hath not received nor secured nor expects to receive or secure any part of the demand mentioned in the preceding certificate as still due to this deponent as aforesaid from the said Beverly Robinson by any ways or means...' Co-signed by ABRAHAM TEN BROECK (1734-1810), New York politician, Mayor of the City of Albany. Accompanied by an original engraving of Schuyler with facsimile signature.
