An unusual and rare example of nautical themed Sailor Art, 19th or early 20th century. Carved wooden plaque with a clipper ship, classically styled dolphin, South Pacific carving or tiki, and a fourth carving, possibly a siren, set on a ground of radiating waves, and centered by an applied polychrome carving of a bearded man, probably an old sailor or captain. Approximately 10.625 x 8.9375 x 1.8125 in.
