Item Details

Description

Circa 1830, with bun feet below a single door that is flanked by fluted stiles, the dial with painted decoration that features allegorical figures that represent England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland, the bonnet has a flat top and the brass movement is weight driven.

Dimensions: 19" x 9", the height is 82 1/2".

Provenance: From a Philadelphia collection.

Condition

Veneer cracks and losses, there is some touch-up to the paint of the dial.
