Description
Black-on-black pottery jar, painted in geometrics by Tonita Martinez Roybal (1892-1945), San Ildefonso Pueblo, New Mexico, 1930's. Signed "Tonita" beneath the base. Together with a vase, carved around the shoulders in a pattern of dotted diamonds, faint initials "Am" beneath the base. (2) Height of first: 4.125 in., Diam.: 6.5 in.
