The pineapple box is c.7" [17.8cm] tall including top, and c.4" [10.2cm] across, gold plated filigree, green enamels, fine condition.

Cloisonne is an ancient technique for decorating metalwork objects with enamels held in place or separated by metal strips or wire.

NYCO International Inc., New York, is an American company. The limited edition cloisonne items were designed by the owner of NYCO, Nicki Yassaman in continuation of Faberge tradition.
