An early carved dapple gray hobby horse on its original rocking stand, jointed construction, all in original paint, head turned slightly to right, mid to late 19th century. Retaining it's original horse hair tail and saddle with some wear/losses, missing reigns and stirrups, small chip on side of neck, paint flakes and minor use wear, but overall good condition in good rocking order. Note the cutout metal stars on parts that attach to base. Measures 46"W x 16 1/2"D x 38"H.
