Graphite on paper on board; detailed drawing of a Pacesetter House in Coconut Grove, Florida. Signed and dated bottom right, pencil. Alfred Browning Parker was a Modernist architect who is one of the best-known post World War II residential architects, famous for his highly published modern houses in the region around Miami, Florida. Smaller version of drawing attached to bottom left. Housed between two custom white mattes. Good condition. Sight size: 9.75"H x 20.75"W (24.8cm x 52.7cm).
