Kaendler and based on Italian Commedia dell'Arte 'Pulcinella Figure', each on a mound moulded base with applied flowers, each wearing a multi-colored jacket and pantaloons flat wide brimmed hat, each with a slapstick, both in positioned in a jaunty manner with grimacing facial expressions, each marked with blue factory mark in blue underglaze, each with incised model number 259, each with impressed numerals, with painter's numeral 30 in brown overglaze, each with further numerals in red overglaze, all under base; height: 16.5 cm (6 1/2 in.)

CONDITION
The porcelain figures are in very good condition. Scattered chipping to the applied flowers of one base. Inspection under UV light shows no sign of restoration.
