Description
Second quarter 20th century, mahogany. Pierced brass face with moon dial, labeled "Frank Herschede Co., Cincinnati". Brass works, five tubular chimes, beveled glass door and sides, bun feet, molded cornice. Door has plaque for "Panama Pacific International Exhibition Grand Prize". Works serial number 8922 Pat. Jan. 12 ‘09. Case number 12168751. Varnish surface is finely crazed. Mercury pendulum, two brass weights, and two keys. 92"h. 28"w. 18"d.
Condition
Some minor surface scuffs.
