Description
ASSORTED MEDIEVAL / EARLY BRASS AND COPPER ALLOY SEWING THIMBLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising two Hispano-Moresque examples, including one with a delicate punched trailing border and tapered cap, remaining with a flat-top cap found in Spain; and an English child's brass example, found in Britain. Each retains collection number sticker and detailed collection card. 17th century and earlier. 5/8" to 1 1/16" HOA.
Provenance: The Mildred Jarvis Collection, Kennesaw, GA.
