Description
Two-page last will and testament of Jeremiah White of Madison County, Kentucky. Dated 1841, White stipulates that should any of his “negro slaves” become disobedient after his death, that they should be sold and sent out of the state. White goes on to describe other provisions governing the inheritance of his property.
