Description
This is an original snowy mountain landscape painting by artist David Curtis Baker (American, 1915-1999). In 1961, David invented a new medium/watercolor technique he called "Vitreous Flux", which added more depth to watercolor paintings. The painting is titled Source of the Saco a features a mountainous scene with the Saco river of New Hampshire and Maine.
The frame is 24 1/2 x 20 1/4" with a sight of 19 1/2 x 15 1/2". The board is 20 x 16".
