Continental, pair of large gilt bronze and colorless crystal five-light electrified girandoles or candelabras in the Louis XV taste, each surmounted by a spear, having a vasiform stem, and hung with faceted pendants and swags, with red shades, apparently unmarked. Provenance: From the Private Collection of Veronica Holmes, Atlanta, Georgia. Approx. of one, h. 35.5", dia. 19".

Condition

Most gilding has been rubbed, one cord does not have a plug, the second tested as working, no noticeable large chips.
