In overall good condition. The sheet is toned with time and has a 1/2" of mat burn around the four edges. Inscribed in pencil at bottom center 'With best wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Callahan.' The edges are deckled and the top edge has remnants of previous tape mounting in addition to the fabric tape used to mount to the matboard. The sheet with light surface soiling in the margins, obscured by the mat. Pinpoint spots of early foxing are present in the four margins. See Specialist's photos for details.
