Chinese Ming Dynasty Xuande Blue and White Porcelain Jars. Potted with a large cylindrical vessel, jar shape, globular belly heavy on shoulder, round mouth rim, short neck, and raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of a flowers bloom interspersed foliage, scrolling interlocking tendril and auspicious petals. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.On the shoulder bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years Xuande Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
