A Victorian sterling silver teapot London 1891 by George Lambert
Of hemispherical form with half-fluted decoration upon a gadrooned collet foot. The panelled spout opposite a fruit wood D section handle pinned to sockets, leading to an everted gadrooned rim with a hinged disc lid surmounted by a detachable fluted ebonised knop. Engraved to the side with a crest of an erm passant upon a mount. Fully marked to the side and part-marked to the lid. Also incuse stamped underneath Lambert, Coventry St, London.
