濁世業深 拔除火宅 說偈傳經 堆聖作則 佛謂能覺
億兆皆迷 常念瞻禮 果證菩提
鈐印：寒玉堂、溥儒之印、心畬、羲皇上人
本件作品以工筆重彩創作，菩薩面容清秀，眉眼細長，額間白毫，髮梳高髻配華美髮飾，披通肩綠地白花帔帛，袒露前胸，配戴華美瓔珞。雙手持經書細閱，自在舒坐於青獅上，後有圓形背光。青獅雙目圓瞪，濃眉闊鼻，鬃髮捲曲，體態雍容健碩。人物五官繪工細緻，造形嚴謹精確，筆線細勁流暢，色彩搭配協調，端豔而莊重。畫面上方留白處以行書自題四言偈頌，字體秀美流暢，展現出深厚筆墨功力。
清宗室多為佛教徒，溥儒亦篤信佛教，並以其繪畫卓才為佛法寫照。本幅菩薩像以精妙筆法繪出溫婉慈祥而又清逸絕塵之氣，用筆剛柔並濟，線條變化多端。畫面整體輕重頓挫，流暢而有節奏，不僅寄託其虔誠的宗教信仰，更表達出祈福之願望。
