James F. Hutchinson (American, born 1932). A lot with two Old Florida landscape oil paintings. Includes: one (1) Florida seascape on board with a green blue ocean, beach with elements of a pier, under a blue and lavender sky (measures 10.5" x 14.5" x 1" framed; work size 6" x 10"); and one (1) Florida wetlands landscape on canvas, with large body of water, Big Cypress and palm trees, and a sky with large white cumulus clouds (measures 14" x 16" x 1" framed; work size 8" x 10"). Both having artist monogram to lower right JFH, and presented in decorative frames. From a private Stuart, Florida collection. The artist was inducted into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame in 2011. His work is exhibited in the Florida Governor's Mansion.

Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear, aged color toning with estate grime. Frame having moderate surface wear to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
