Description

Two Miniature Northeastern Landscapes, oil on cardstock, only one signed, but provenance from Robert G. Hooker of Newagen, Maine and Childs Gallery of Boston label verso gives history from Oakes to mid-1950's. The first depicts two figures in a gathering storm, the second depicts a figure with cows in a landscape. In matching silver stick frames, matted and glazed, OS: 10 1/4" x 11 1/2", SS: 4" x 5 1/" each, discoloration to mats, paintings are fine.
