A Chinese Imperial blue and iron red bat cup, dating from the Guangxu period (1875-1908). Blue circles round the outer foot and rim, and around the inside design and inner rim. Inside features a beautifully painted single iron red bat and five more bats on the outside, surrounded by swirling cloud forms. Six character blue stamp on the recessed base.
