Elvis Presley 3-Page Letter From Col. Tom Parker in Exhibit Quality Framed Display W/LOA - This three page letter was addressed to Elvis Presley from Col. Tom Parker, and was written to Elvis in 1960 shortly after he left active duty in the U.S. Army. Elvis was enjoying his regained freedom with his newly formed posse, The Memphis Mafia, and this letter pertains to the Colonel's thoughts about the group. Col. Parker discusses his thoughts that these five individuals, who are unnamed in the letter although carbon copied at the conclusion, should do a better job watching out for Elvis and protecting his reputation and thus his career. This letter has been professionally matted and framed in an exhibit quality framed display. The letter comes with a letter of authenticity which states that it was acquired from Patty and Mary Diskin, who operated the Elvis office for Col. Parker beginning in the mid 1950s. Measurements: 28" x 34".
