This necklace comes with a letter of provenance from Jimmy Velvet to a collector which states, "This is to certify that this is the same Peacock Necklace that I bought from Mrs. Thompson in 1979. It was given to her daughter, Linda Thompson. It was given to Linda by Elvis Presley."
