Third it is signed by John Neidy (Aurora's longest resident and owner of the Neidy brick building on Pine Street), Waddy McIntosh (Aurora miner) and D. M. Tyrrell (superintendent of the Overman, Belcher, Yellow Jacket, Meadow Valley, Richmond & Ely and Aurora properties). Issued for 100 shares to John Neidy trustee (endorsed on back by Neidy). Signed by W. P. McIntosh and president D. M. Tyrrell. Dateline Aurora June 1, 1880. Incorporated April 2, 1880. Not cancelled. Mining buildings vignette. Crocker & Co. of San Francisco. printer. Location of mines: Esmeralda Mining District, Esmeralda Co., Nev. Principal place of business: Aurora, Esmeralda Co., Nev. Folds with small tears at edges. Overall nice. The only information I found on this mine was on the certificate. It may have been sold in 1881 by Mitchell for a large sum of money?
