The porcelain potted in baluster shape vase, large, thick, drum ovoid body, tall cylindrical neck, flaring round mouth rim, raised on ring foot base with slight concave. Warm and uniform apple green glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Green is the most important variety of China’s porcelain. Green stands for health, prosperity, and harmony. In Chinese culture, green stands for cleanliness and purity from contamination. The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed red script characters reign mark. Made in The Years GuangXu Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
