Description
A Chinese sancai glazed tomb guardian, dating from the Tang dynasty (618-906). A fierce guardian with helmet standing rigidly with left hand on hip and the right in a fist gesture. Glazed with thin coating of green, orange, yellow.

Condition: good condition overall with a small area of patching above the hollow base.
