The work has been relined. There is some soft frame rubbing to all four outer edges. One or two tiny pinprick paint losses above the upright windmill sail. A small canvas fibre protruding from the centre of the windmill, however this appears to be integral. Some surface dirt visible, with one or two tiny accretions.



Examination under Ultra-Violet light reveals no apparent inpainting or retouching.



Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
