Hank Williams Jr. Personally Owned Martin D-28 Acoustic Guitar From Warner Bros. Records W/LOA - This 1944 Martin D-28 acoustic guitar was personally owned by Country Music Hall of Fame legend, Hank Williams Jr. The guitar comes with a notarized letter from Hank Williams Jr. on his personal letterhead which states, "Martin Guitar Model D-28, 1944 Serial Number 89XXX Given to me by Warner Bros Records. 1982". Hank Jr. was a superstar at the time with nine albums simultaneously on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Hank Williams Jr.'s first album with Warner Bros., "Man of Steel", was his first album with the company and was released in September 1983. The guitar also comes with an invoice from Guild Musical Instruments in Hank Williams Jr.'s name. This is an incredibly rare find from a country music legend as there are very few personally owned guitars from Hank Jr. available. Please note: Due to the value of this asset shipping times will be slightly longer than normal as the guitar will need to be professionally crated and shipped for proper insurance.
