One of rarest and most desirable of all classic fishing lures, from Charles Smith of LaGrange, Indiana, patented in 1905. Featuring a uniquely designed rear "wiggling" metal tail, 3 1/4” wood body, good yellow glass eyes, and finished in a blended green back to white belly with red hand painted gill marks. The condition of this early bait is about Good+ due to wear, a possible replaced dorsal fin, and touchups, predominantly on the rear section of the back and tail. An affordable Indiana classic.
