12.1.22-LOT 782- added information- the structure is sturdy, the marble top does come off, as described, the marble top is intact with restoration, there are some small typical chips along edges, the third drawer is lacking a lock and any type of escutcheon, there is a key present however, it does not operate any of the locks, only assists to pull drawers open, keys are quite universal and even can likely be made, the case shows some light wood wear, there is some separation at the left side panel, all commensurate with age and use
