6/26/23 8:45am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 429: I note the marble top is intact with only slight inherent fleabite chips/ roughness to back edge, the commode is sturdy, light separation at right side panel, light surface wear commensurate with age and use, I observe that the drawers operate at this time, but are quite tight and would likely benefit from some wax to facilitate smoother movement.
